Who We Are
This site is run by Lets Learn More AB ("we", "us"). It is an independent study resource for AI certification exams. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, SpaceXSI or Mistral.
Purchases are sold by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments takes the payment, works out any VAT or sales tax, and issues receipts under its own buyer terms. Everything about refunds is under Refunds below.
What Is Free and What Is Paid
The lessons, quick references, glossary and the diagnostic test are free.
A certification’s mock exam and drill mode are a one-time purchase for that certification. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Your purchase gives you access to that certification’s mock exam and drill for as long as we offer them, including questions we add later.
Your Licence
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the paid material for your own exam preparation. You may not:
- share your account or sign-in with anyone else
- copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish or sell the questions, answers or explanations
- use the paid material to train, fine-tune or prompt an AI model, or to generate question banks or practice exams from it
- get around the sign-in or the paywall
The free lessons are there to be read, linked to and quoted in short passages with a link back. Republishing them wholesale is not allowed.
If These Terms Are Broken
We may suspend or close an account that shares its sign-in or copies the paid material, and we will ask sites that republish it to take it down.
Accuracy
Everything here is written from each exam’s official guide and the official documentation behind it. It is not the official exam, contains no real exam questions, and cannot guarantee a pass. AI products change faster than any study guide can follow, so if something is out of date or wrong, tell us with the feedback button on any page.
Refunds
Access to a certification’s mock exams and drill mode is a one-time purchase. It starts as soon as your payment goes through. Within 14 days of buying, you get a full refund as long as you have not submitted a full mock exam for that certification.
Once you submit a mock exam
After you submit a full mock exam, the purchase can no longer be refunded. Starting a mock and leaving it doesn’t count; only a submitted one does. A bundle covers every certification, so submitting a full mock for any of them ends its refund.
Your right to cancel
UK and EU consumer law gives you 14 days to cancel most online purchases, but not digital content you ask to use straight away. At checkout you tick a box asking for access to start at once and confirming that you can get a refund only within 14 days, and not once you submit a full mock exam.
Why the limit
A mock exam can’t be un-sat. Once you submit one, you have seen its questions, your score and the explanation for every option. Nothing here reduces your statutory rights.
How to ask
Email support@aicertguides.com from the address you bought with, or reply to the receipt email from Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: they took the payment, worked out any VAT or sales tax for your country, and they issue the refund to the same card under their own buyer terms. A refund removes the access it paid for.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for exam outcomes or for losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date, and the terms in force when you bought still cover that purchase.
